"Hi, I'm Dan McLellan, I'm with Expert Village. We're now going to talk about how to make a complex balloon hat. We've already inflated five balloons. The first was a balloon for a basic hat, which will be the base of our hat, and then two straight balloons and two curly Q balloons. I have the basic hat, the two straight balloons and one of the curly Q's in this hand. We'll start working by bring them over and attaching one of the curly Q's to the hat. So this area here, this will be the back of the hat and I'm going to start by working at the front of the hat. So I want the most dead center, so there's equal space in both directions from the front of the hat to the back of the hat and I'm going to take about a quarter of an inch of this curly Q where its tied off there and just pinch and fold it in to the front of the end, that connects it there with a little half inch bubble tie there. I'm going to do the same thing with the black curly Q on the back and I'm going to attach it to where the segments actually come together there. I've got two of them attached now and now I'm going to take my two long orange balloons and I'm going to go roughly right in the middle of where the blue balloon and the black balloon. So it would be a quarter of the way around the balloon and once again just take it about a half-inch, fold it up and twist and now the orange one's connected and once again I will do the same thing with the other orange one and I've got the four balloons connected. The final thing for me to do would be to pull these balloons together so you're about a foot up from the base of the hat there and then twist them all together. And if you want to add a little bit more decor here, you can do what's called a bubble suck or a bubble push. A bubble push would be simply taking my finger and my thumb here and pushing on the ends here and that will create a little bubble to the top, I'll do the same one over here. Its a little bit hard to do that when you have a longer space to work with. So actually do the same thing, but you kind of just suck the air into it and the air comes right to the top and does that once again. Now I have my five balloon, crazy, wild, wacky hat. Now once again, this is only one crazy wild wacky hat. Once you know how to do the basics, you can do whatever you want. You can combine in any combination and make them as big and elaborate as your imagination lets you go with it. Walla!"
