How to Make a One Balloon Hat

"Hi, My name is Dan McLellan and I'm with Expert Village. Now we're going to talk about making some complex, fun, wacky hats. These are a hit of a lot of parties and often are big request. They're actually very simple to make, its just a matter of taking some simple balloons and combining them. You can go in almost countless directions with this, but I'm going to show you one of my favorites. I'm going to start by blowing up a balloon. Letting a little air out and once again, I didn't blow it up all the way 'cause I'm going to need some area to work with. I'm going to creation that circle which I've talked about before where its the area of the face is the same as the head and twist, take my thumb and my forefinger, put some pressure on this remainder part of the balloon and that's going to squeeze some air up to the top. Now this is the basic, basic balloon hat. Now all we need to do is to add one to it to create a complex hat."
