"Hi, I'm Dan McLellen, I'm with Expert Village. Now we're going to learn how to take some basic balloons and make a complex balloon. We already took a heart, a teddy bear, a small flower and a curly Q to combine it into one very pretty creation. Now, a lot of little girls will also like this is a hat. So we're going to take this heart, teddy bear, flower with a curly Q and turn into a hat. First thing we'll start by inflating a balloon. Once again, I don't inflate it all the way because I need some area to be able to work with the balloon. I'm going to let a little air out of the balloon and tie it off. And now I'm going to take the balloon and I'm going to make an arc with it like this and I'm going to take it up to the person's face who I'm going to present it to who I'm going to give the balloon and I make a circle that's roughly going to be about the same area as their face. It just so happens that the area around your face is the same as your head, which is perfect for making balloon animals. So take that, twist that off and with my fingers, my thumb and my forefinger, I'm going to hold down here, press together and that's going to create a little air bubble at the top. This is another design for a basic simple hat. Now all I need to do is take a segment where the heart, the teddy bear and the curly Q connect and put it where the two bubbles connect here on the hat. Put those together and twist. And now I have a heart with a teddy bear holding a small flower and a curly Q as a cute little hat. Tada!"
