"Hi, my name is Austin Harmon, but out here I'm known as Forrest Evergreen. I'm here on expertvillage.com to teach you about the game of Amtgard. Earlier; you may have seen that I was the last person left on my team. There were four people left, but I was able to kill those two people before the other two arrived. Then because one of the guys had been hit in the arm he couldn't use that arm, so he wasn't able to rush me effectively, and I was able to kill him before I fought the last guy. There are times you'll be outnumbered four to one, and they'll just surround you, and run in, and that's it; it's over; you got killed. There's no mercy; no quarter. You're out there fighting in hand to hand combat. As much as it's not realistic; it's safety padded, it's safe, it's designed for fun. People go out to win; just like any sport, so people will go two on one if they can get the advantage on you. People will run around behind you and flank you, so you don't see them coming; whatever it takes. People want to win; just like anything else."
