Video Transcript

"Hi my names Austin Harmon but out here I'm known as Forest Evergreen and I'm here on ExpertVillage.com to teach you about the game of Amtgard. The basic rules in combat are hit locations. If you take a hit to the any low one limb that limb becomes inoperative. So if I take a hit to the arm I have to put it behind my back. If I take a hit to the leg I have to put my knee on the ground. Any hit to a second limb, any hit to the same arm twice or any one shot to the body will count as a kill shot and will take you out of the combat for five minutes during normal combat game. We don't allow any shot above the collar bone so nothing to the neck and nothing to the head for safety purposes. We also don't allow any shots below the wrist for safety purposes of not damaging the fingers."
