"Hi my name is Billy and on behalf of expertvillage.com today I'm going to be teaching you how to play Chinese chess we are located in China Town. Next movement is the we call it the jumper. Basically goes on the jumper and there is only two of us. There is only two jumpers. Going on each side. The jumpers are consider one of the most powerful in the Chinese chess. So basically in order to take the enemy out he has to be something in front of you. So in order to take somebody out on the other side the jumper has to be in front of somebody or behind of somebody to jump over. So basically a jumper has to jump over somebody to take the enemy out. It doesn't matter if you jump over your self or if you are jumping over a enemy as long one between to jump over you could take that enemy out basically that is what the jumper does. "
