"Hi! My name is Carlos Ramos and I'm coming to you on behalf of Expert Village and today we're talking about the game of blackjack. So we went over what's needed, we went over the object, what the cards are worth, now let's talk about the deal. We pretend that there's two people playing here against the dealer and this varies, now make sure that you know that this varies from casino to casino, from online game to online game, from website to website, from software to software but just remember that the basic, basic deal is two cards per player, it starts off that way. Some people deal it down, some people deal one hand, one face down and one face up, some people deal it both down, both up, we're just doing both up so we can see the cards here. And pretty much every casino that I've gone to, they deal both hands up and then the dealer always have one of his cards down, so there's your basic deal. Know that it varies from casino to casino, to game to game, that sometimes they'll have one card down one card up, two cards down or both cards up it doesn't matter, as long as you know that no matter where you're playing, the first deal that you're going to get are two cards each, two cards each and the dealers always going to get two cards starting off and one of his cards most likely 99% of the time are going to be face down.
