" Hi my name is Carlos Ramos Jr. coming to you on behalf of Expert Village and today we are talking about a variety of games that you could played with dice. The next game we are going to play is a pretty fun game it is called par. What is need are 5 dice and each player takes turns rolling the dice. After you roll the dice, you total up your scores. So here we have 8, 16, 17, 18. Now, 18 total. If I scored exactly 24 I don't loose any dollars so you kind of want to play with stakes like chips or something or coins. I don't lose any coins. Alright, but I don't gain any either so I kind of break even here and that is kind of a safe place to be. If I scored less then 24, then I have to give each of the other player the difference so in this hand example he had 16, 18 and 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 that is 6 so we have to give each player 6 chips. That is a killer right? Now if we scored over 24 each player has to give me the difference so if I scored a 25 each player has to give me 1 chip. The winner of the game is the one who be taking all the chips. Very fun, very simple, bring a lot of chips or money however you want to play this game, but a very fun game par. "
