The Classic Dice Game of Buck

" Hi my name is Carlos Ramos Jr. coming to you on behalf of Expert Village and today we are talking about a variety of games that you could played with dice. The next game that we are going to talk about is a game called buck dice. Now, all this game needs are three dice and that is it and the players. To start the game, each person takes turns rolling the dice and that number becomes the point number. For example the 1 that is my point number. Now we want to take turns rolling the dice and we are trying to get our point. I didn't get my point number here so the next person in line has to roll and has to try to get there point number. When it comes back to me I roll again and I'm trying to roll my point number here. Now, the object of these game is to get out. The way that you get out of the game is by getting up to 15, tally up to 15. So every time you get your point number, say for instance I just rolled a 1 that would be 1 I continue to roll the dice as long as I was getting the 1. Say for instance I rolled another 1 so that is 2. So if I rolled two 1s that would be 3 because that 2 plus the 1 before that. You want to go all the way to 15 without going over. Say for instance I was at 14 and I just needed 1 and I rolled a 2 and that is omitted and I have to get that turn skipped. The object of that game is to get to 15 by rolling your point number without going over. Now, here is a quick way to get there. If I rolled on my first roll or any roll 3 ones, that is called a big buck. I'm automatically out of the game, which is a good thing because the person who is the last person in the game is the person who loses the game. You want to get out of the game as fast as possible. If I roll a number that is not my point, say for instance my point is 1 and I rolled 3 threes. That is called a little buck that is worth five points so that get me there a little faster. Again, you don't want to go over but you do want to get to that 15 and that is the winner. The loser is the one who is the last person in the game, so you don't want to be the last person in the game get to 15 as quick as possible. Buck dice."
