"Welcome to starting a poster collection. Today we're going to talk about genre. When you start collecting posters you need to really decide what you?re interested in and what personally makes you happy. And you can split posters into multiple genres. The first genre that I move posters into is music posters. And when you're talking about music posters there's a wide breadth of music posters out there. You can talk about classic rock. You can talk about blues. You can talk about swing posters. You can talk about modern posters. New age and jazz and you can talk about a wide breadth. And with each one of those categories you can delve even deeper. You can say classic rock. Well I want classic rock from the 60's. I want classic rock from the 70's. I want classic rock from the 80's. So each category you can delve deeper and deeper and deeper into as to what really interests you. Another category is movie posters. And you can choose movie posters from decades or you can choose movie posters from types. Do you love horror movies? Do you love sci-fi movies? Do you love biographies? Do you love documentaries? There's just a wide breadth of move posters and you can choose from which area you want to go in with movie posters. And then the last category that I would use to make this as easy as possible is there's photography posters of anything from cats and dogs and animals to cities and to landscapes to oceans to the universe. So there's a wide breadth of things you can choose from for you to start your poster collection but the first and most important thing that you have to choose is what interests me and what do I want posters in."
