Starting a Game of "Dead Rising"

"And then you'll be starting off at the mall. You'll start off at the roof of the mall. There's only one door you can go in. Just go down there. It'll take you into a storage room in the mall. As soon as you come down the stairs, you'll see a green couch. This is where you can save your game at anytime you want. You'll find lots of empty rooms in here. This is where eventually when you save people you will be bringing them. Basically, you want to walk through this area and you'll come into a room where you'll see like machines and stuff. And there's only one door to go out. It's the only way to go. So go ahead and just follow that around. Once you leave the storage room, it will bring you into a part of the mall where basically there's a bunch of just civilian people that have barricaded themselves in to keep the undead out. If you want to just hurry and get started with the game, don't waste your time with any of these people. Walk straight to the back part of the mall, opposite side of the door to get outside. And it will cut to a movie scene. The zombies, after the movie scene the zombies have cut into the screen or come into the mall. Don't worry about trying to save any of these people. Because, they will all die and you can't save any of them. There's some bats and benches right here. If you've never played, I recommend just picking them up. There's a little icon that appears above each item to tell you what button to push to pick them up. And, you hit the X button just to use your weapon. Just practice getting comfortable and hitting zombies or whatever. Also, if you pull the right trigger a target will come up. And you hit X again and you'll throw your item at the zombie. Again, when you're in this part of the game it's not cutting into your time frame of the game. You can stay down here for hours and you still get just as much time to play the rest of the game as you want. So, however long you want to just fight zombies or just mess around go for it. Basically, come back up to the front of the mall and you'll see a staircase. Walk up the staircase on the left side."
