Tips for Natural Eyeliner

"Hi I'm Yvette Parish, and this is my beautiful model Tam Welton today, and what we are going to be doing is doing a dramatic makeover on Tam. Once you have the base with the eyeliner, I'm going to take a different brush, and I'm going to use a dark, dark blue because blue is a cool color. Not just like cool like “cool, neato.” I mean like cool, as in summer, fall, winter, this is a cool color. I'm going to take a little bit of the blue. Look up. I'm going to over that black with a—I guess it is like a navy blue—and that would soften the black liner but still give her drama. Okay her she is a drama girl a little bit up here. Alright for just a little bit of fun, I'm going to take some white and I'm going to put it in the corner of her eyes, and that gives it a very magical, pretty, pretty, glamorous look, and if you notice I used my hands a lot, I use my fingers a lot."
