" Thank for joining me at expertvillage.com. Hi I'm Yvette Parish, and this is my beautiful model Tam Welton today, and what we are going to be doing is doing a dramatic makeover on Tam. A little bit of pencil, and this is a black coral pencil. Typically, the darker the hair, the darker, the eyebrows, the darker the liner, if it is a natural look. Since we are doing a dramatic look, then I'm going to go with black for underneath. Go ahead and look up. I'm going to put a little bit on her eye rim, because this is going to enhance the drama, and this is a very very soft pencil. Don't sharpen it too, too much, because you are just going to scratch your client. So I like to have a little bit of nub on my pencil. I don't like to have it sharp, sharp. I like a sharp, sharp lip liner, but not a sharp eyeliner. This is immediately going to start giving you a dramatic look. Dramatic look is so much fun. Have fun with it. You can use a navy blue liner, a indigo blue, a hunter green would be beautiful, this is called black diamond, you can use something like that. It's got a little shimmer to it, a chocolate brown, so it is really is endless what color you want to use. But with her light eyes, the black pencil looks beautiful. Alright, so I'm going to go a little bit in the corners right in here as well."
