" Thank for joining me at expertvillage.com. Hi I'm Yvette Parish, and this is my beautiful model Tam Welton today, and what we are going to be doing is doing a dramatic make over on Tam. What I'm going to do first is apply the foundation completely; then we are going to see what we have left to conceal. I guarantee you at least 50% would be covered. We are going to use a cream foundation and honey milk. You know what I'm going to do I'm going to mix her a special color. I'm going to give her a little tan and a healthy glow. Since we are going to do a dramatic look on her. I'm going to add a little bit of color. I'm going to use a sponge to apply it. I'm going to take a little bit of product onto the sponge, and you always start back here by the ear and the jaw line when you are applying with the cream with a sponge, and that way you can kind of see where you are blending. Always remember to put a little bit on the ears; since this is a dramatic look, I want to make sure that I get everything a really pretty coverage. I'm applying it in a downward way, because everyone has a little bit of a peach fuzz on their skin, and we want to apply this down, so that way the little hair lays down. If you are applying your foundation like this, up and down, you are going to make all the little hair stick up; we don't want that do we now. No. We move to the other side, and I'm just slowly working it where I want it. Now any time we use a sponge, remember the sponge absorbs a lot of makeup, so it is going on sheer. That is what I want to do right now. I'm just applying it sheer, and wherever I think that she needs more coverage I will go back and use my fingers to apply it, or get the concealer to cover it. So I'm getting a nice sheer base right now."
