" Hi! I am Yvette Parrish. Thanks for joining me at Expert Village. Today I am going to show you how to apply the eyeliner, the different styles of eyeliner and how to get that pretty smoky look. I am going to take the same black that I used. This time I did not wet the brush. It is dry, and I am going to grab a little bit more black…look up…and I am going to apply it underneath. Very skinny; it is very important that you have a small brush…see how small this brush is…because you do not a great big giant line back here. I just want a nice gentle look; and that way it just brings out her natural beauty. You can use a chocolate brown, something that will match your hair color. I use black typically, the darker your hair and the darker the eyebrows, the darker the liner that is more appropriate. Now these are just basic rules, but that is something to go by. So we have black hair and black eyebrows, you most likely can use black eyeliner…look up…but if you are very, very fair and you have blond, blond hair and blue, blue eyes, black liner will probably be a little harsh on you; but if you are going out in the evening or a special event, and you are careful with it, you can wear anything.
