You can get black, soft black, brown, plum, green, blue, you name it there is every color mascara. If it is Halloween, you know it is great to use all the different color mascara. But if you are blonde, blue-eyed, a dark brown is very pretty or a soft black. The darker your hair the darker the mascara and eyeliner that you can wear. So if you have black hair you could wear a black mascara. If you want to be dramatic and you are blond and blue eyed, and you want a dramatic Marilyn Monroe look, then you can use black eyeliner and a lot of black mascara. And that would be very dramatic, but be careful that you don't come of looking harsh."
