" I want to thank you for visiting expertvillage.com. Today we’re going to learn about some make-up techniques and this is my beautiful model Ana-Lucy Corona. We need, women in general need the most makeup in the center panel, we need it in the corner of the mouth, we need it in the corner of the nose and in the corner of the eyes, this whole center is where predominately most of the makeup will be, whereas you get to the edge of the face, it’s least. Now I’m going to take a little bit of a concealer and I’m just going to apply a little bit under her eyes. And if you notice I always use my hand as a palette; you don’t want to take it directly from the product and put it there, that only is not sanitary, it’s not professional and it’s just yucky—don’t do it. You know what happens when you do concealer first without foundation, you wind up using a lot of concealer, because you’re looking at all your flaws. You know you’re like, “I have to cover this, I have to cover this, I have to cover this” and you put a lot of concealer, then you turn around and put more foundation on and then you just got a thick look. So always put foundation on first and then you can see what little flaws you have."
