"SUE: Hi. My name is Sue. I'm with Georgia Career Institute on behalf of Expert Village, and we're going to talk about freehand nail art today. Okay, now I'm going to show you how to make a marble. With the marble you also do two coats but you do not let it dry; you just go right on ahead and do it. You can do the whole nail or you can do the tip, like a French. Okay, with this one you won't have time to clean it up so I'm just going to try to brush on the polish real quick. Just make it real thick so it won't dry fast. And you have to have all your polishes open--pick whichever color you want so you can go by fast. You make a dot. See? The black is so thick it's eating up the polish. And then you would use something sharp or pointed like this or you can use a toothpick and you will make a figure 8. Just make sure each dot has a swirl in it. And that's the marble."
