"SUE: Hi. My name is Sue. I'm with Georgia Career Institute on behalf of Expert Village, and we're going to talk about freehand nail art today. Now, we're going to talk about prepping the nails before we do nail art. I'm going to use antiseptic to spray her hands. Okay. Now, rub it together. And I'm also going to do the same to mine. Okay. Then I would use a file to shape the nail. You can have it in whatever shape you want. This is a square. You can have it oval. You can have it circled. And we can also push the cuticles back. Now, after you pushed off the cuticles, you spray on the antiseptic or alcohol on the brush, on the nailbrush, and then wipe of each nail with the brush. And that's how you prepare your hands for nail art."
