"Hi, I am here with Reyna. My name is Theresa and I am here to show you how to give yourself a perfect manicure. And we are going to show you how to shape your nails the way you should have your nails shaped. The first step in determining what kind of shape you should have for your nails is looking at your, the cuticle area of your nail. Everybody has a certain shape they should file their nails. Reyna here if you look at her nail bed, towards the bottom of her cuticle it is a little round. It has more of a smile. So that tells me on the top, I need to file it a little bit more round because you want it there. If somebody had a really wide nail bed at the bottom, then you'll make it more square. Some people have it really tiny, then you'd want it really pointed. So Reyna has pretty much a regular one, an oval. So there for we'll get the nail file and just go side to side and file her nail the way it should be filed. According to the nail bed. Again you want to go up 1, 2; up 1,2 and then meet around the middle. So again we are going to look at her cuticle area to determine what kind of shape the top of the nail should be. We see it is a little round. So there for the top should be a little oval tool. And that is how you determine what nail shape you should have for your nail."
