"Okay, we're going to go over some of the ingredients that you're going to need to make your own henna paste. The first thing that you're going to need is henna. Again, you can find this online; just put in henna and it should come up. Or you can go to any middle eastern market; they should have it. One of the things you want to do that's really important is to sift it. We're going to go over that in the next segment. It's very important to sift it. So you're going to need a sifter. You're going to need lemons to make lemon juice. Tamarind is also citrusy kind of a fruit that mushes up into a brownish color. We mix it with the lemon and we add it to the henna to make our paste. This is Eucalyptus oil, which kind of opens up the pores. I put a few drops in. And we're going to go over some other secret ingredients. You also need a knife to cut you lemon. I recommend a cutting board. I have this paintbrush here which I like to put my little bag... you can get like a cake decorating bag... and I like to put that in my cup when I'm sifting my henna, like this. Because it's easier to get out, just all the way around. So and again, you're going to have to have a jar to put your lemon juice in, which you're going to soak your tamarind in. And then we sift our henna like this, and we mix it through like that to get all the little debris out that might be in the henna. "
