" Hi! This is Tanya for Expert Village from Intuition Salon and Spa. Now the last thing that you will need to know when you are getting massage is what to expect when you are leaving, remember to always get up off the table slowly, do not jump off, you will get lightheaded and may be fall. I just want to make sure that you get off slowly. Also at the end of your massage the massage therapist will probably suggest that you drink some water. Make sure that you drink plenty of water because a massage therapist will have released toxins from your body and in order for your body to get rid of it. You need to get rid of it and water is the best way to do it. Now if you don't, one of the things that you can expect is possibly some flu like symptoms just because the toxins have been left in your body and they just redeposit in other places and when they have not left they just cause problems in other areas. So just make sure that you drink plenty of water and the next day you may possibly feel little stiff. Just make sure that you stretch out and you can ask your massage therapist if there is any other things that you can do may be some different positions that you can sleep in. Different positions that you can sit in while you are at work and do not be afraid to ask your massage therapist questions like this. They will be able to help you. These are things to expect when you are leaving your massage. "
