" Hi! Tunisia Woods back again here from Hello Beautiful Mobile Massage Therapy Group, on behalf of Expert Village. Now, I want to tell you about setting an effective massage environment. As I said before, the world is so stressful, so when someone comes to get a massage, we want to be as relaxed as possible. How do we do that you ask? Well, I will tell you. The first thing is our setting; you want to set the mood. How do you set the mood? Well the first thing is lighting. We don’t want big bright light when we’re trying to get a massage. Why? Because we want to relax. What you should do is try to have candles as I have here. Just big and low candles; you can have scented or unscented. I say scented or unscented because then you can burn oil. I always choose a lavender oil. You can can’t smell it but I can; I have a green tea oil burning right now for those who don’t necessarily like lavender. Be sure you check with the person you are giving a massage to, just because every scent does not work for every person. Also, you want to try to have a nice mood music. I tend to enjoy oceans or wind chimes, but some people like to listen to jazz or their latest R&B slow grooves. That’s why I wanted to come to tell you about setting up an effective massage environment, because we want to let those stresses go. Thank you for listening!"
