"This is Valda Sarty with Sarty Mountain Inc. on behalf of Expert Village. This step is removing all traces of cuticle oil from the nail. After applying cuticle oil to all 10 nails, it is important that the client completely cleanse the hands with a mild hand soap and remove all oil from the nail plates. Apply the soap to a clean nail brush for the client and then escort them to a nail cleansing station with running warm water. "
