"I'm Veronyka Bass, from Veronyka's Color Salon and Day Spa, and on behalf of Expert Village, we're going to learn about color and highlights. We're getting ready to rinse Angelina, we are going to take the foils out, that's the first step before rinsing. Then I'm going to use the proper shampoo and conditioner on her, because that stops the oxidation. That stops the color completely from processing, by using the correct shapoos. It just brings the pH balance back to its normality, which is somewhere between five point five and six. Ok, now we're going to have her lean back, get comfortable, and this is where we're going to use the warm water. More on the warm side than hot or cold. "
