Using Hairspray on an Afro

"Hi my name is Sunnie Brook. I am the owner of Reveal salon, in San Luis Obispo, CA. And on behalf of Expert Village, I will demonstrate a fake afro. So now that we have taken out all the hair pins and all of our foils, what we want to do is give the hair a final spray, for me a pulled finishing spray. So I am going to go ahead and mist that. You don't want to stand to close to her hair when you spray it because you will just get it in a direct area. So you want to make sure you mist it kind of around the hair. I'll show you how to do that. Almost like you're spray painting the air. And again it is very important that you use a medium hold to soft hold hair spray, that is an aerosol. Because, if you use something really hard, you are going to have a difficult time combing the hair out. Alright. ."
