"Now let's talk about natural products. We all know why natural products are beneficial. They're more gentle than many of the commercial products. They tend to have less harsh chemicals, but I want to talk about some of the precautions to take when you're looking at natural products. Natural doesn't necessarily mean that it's safe. If you think about it, many poisons are natural. Some people can be allergic or sensitive to certain products, and so that's why even when you're working with natural products, I would recommend doing a skin test first. Some products claim to be natural, but if you look at the ingredients, you?ll find that they have some of the same harsh chemicals that many of the standard, over the counter products do. So make sure you are checking all of your ingredients when you're working with something that's been pre-made, or something that you've purchased even from a natural food store. To find more information about ingredients, I would just go ahead and go online and open up your favorite Internet search, and just enter in the name of the ingredient. And sometimes, if you end up with too much information, go ahead and add something along the lines of facial cleanser or facial moisturizer. And these will bring up some very good information on each individual ingredient that you're trying to get some information on."
