Video Transcript

"In this segment we will talk about a letter or an appraisal that is issued by an individual that is not necessarily in one of the higher echelons of appraising stones. This can be on a local level because there are many many people qualified to appraise stones and give written appraisals such as this one and those characteristics are mimicked as to the ones that are issued by the gemological institutes of he world. They should include all the pertinent data that a formal what we call formal certificate would be. In this case we list all of the dimensions of a diamond to properly identify it as to its physical characteristics and identify it as to its measurements. It is called to us a fingerprint of the stone. There are no two diamonds alike in the world."
