"Hi this is Vic Sosikian I'm with Mark Matthew Fine Grooming Gentleman's Club in Studio City on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we are going to talk about shampooing and conditioning at home. Sometimes you go to the barber shop or hair salon and you have very nice haircut, your hair feels great they did a nice shampoo. You go home you still feel great but a couple of days later your hair doesn't feel the same the reason for that they are probably using types of shampoo and conditioners that you are not using at home. It is important to use high quality shampoos and conditioners for example if you oily hair or thinning hair there is a specific types of shampoos and conditioners to use. You want to make sure taht your barber or salon recommends something to you that he or she thinks that is going to work well best for your hair. You want to pick that up from your salon and use it as directed by your stylist and from the manufacturer. What you want to make sure when you are doing your shampoo one you do it everyday, second that you condition as well. Never leave the conditioner out. A lot of people skip the conditioner thinking that it is not important but a conditioner really moisturize your hair, it gives you a good natural healthy feeling and what you also want to make sure is that you give yourself a nice scalp massage in the shower while you are shampooing. Why is that so important? Is one it restimulates blood circulation in your head on your scalp and it helps maintain the healthy shine and healthy roots of your hair follicle. This is important because you don't want to start loosing your hair to yearly. "
