"I'm Pat Haywood with A Time to Relax on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment we're going to talk about the facial cream and the biofreeze that I use. Earlier I talked about using oil, which is what I use for the majority of the massage but when it comes to the face there are a lot of people that might have allergies to some of the oils or they feel it will clog their skin up so that's why I like to use a mild facial cream that doesn't have any fragrance in it So, this is what I use for my night cream for myself at nighttime. This is what I use at nighttime for my own moisturizing cream and so this is one of them and then I have another one, just a regular aloe-vera so either one of these is what I use for the face. Just a light cream, not real greasy, something that most people can tolerate because the face does seem to, if there's going to be an allergic reaction it would be in the face area. One of the things I use also a lot and that is, that is, that is, if somebody especially has an area of the body that's really bothering them. A case in point, my sister, her hips. Her hips are usually bothering her every time I give her the massage so, not only do I start out with the oil but I also incorporate using biofreeze in those areas that are real tender. It is a kind of a soothing, kind of a heat, cooling effect and just aids in the massage, it penetrates into the muscles. So, I use biofreeze, I incorporate that every time I'm doing a massage."
