"I'm Pat Haywood with A Time To Relax on behalf of Expert Village. In this segment we're going to talk a little bit about the meridians for the face and head. Surprisingly they're connected to the gallbladder and the bladder and the large intestines and the small intestines and the sinuses and the headaches and so what I'm going to talk about is actually working on the top of the head in the scalp area and actually massaging the whole scalp and then slightly tugging on the hair starting from the front to the back and even like go the whole length of the hair. When I'm working on the top of the head, that's going to reflex headaches, the sinuses, congestion, so it relieves a lot of tension in that area just by starting with the scalp."
