"Hello! I'm Peggy Hafernick and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about skin care and applying makeup. I don't know how you feel about it, but lots of times I will use a brush like this to do that. As a matter of fact, I keep one in my case so I can do that. If you want to work on that, you can do that. You just really want to follow the way that the brow grows. You just kind of want to smooth it out, so you can do that real quick if you like. You have nice eyebrows, so I don't feel like we need to fill in any way. They look fine. What you're doing is sort of brushing them. You're defining the arch and that's an important step. "
