"Hello! I'm Peggy Hafernick and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about skin care and applying makeup. Now, for younger women like you, we don't always say that you have to line your lips. You might line your lips because you like the look of it, but the purpose of lining your lips is to keep the lipstick in place and you keep it from feathering. Feathering is a result of those fine lines and wrinkles around our lips. Again, on someone young like you, you may just want to line it to give your lips definition that you want and then fill in. Okay. You can use the lipstick brush. Our colors really are more muted than they look. It's always a surprise for me and clients when we apply color. You think there's no way I could use that color."
