"Hello! I'm Peggy Hafernick and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about skin care and applying makeup. I like to go with my darker color next, especially if I'm going to apply it close to my lash line to kind of define my eyes. Try to get it as close to your eye; right on the edge. It might be a little easier if your use the edge of this applicator. Then I need to smooth it up? It depends on the look you want and it depends on your preference. That looks fine that way. If you want to go ahead and a little bit more color that would be fine. You can go ahead and put that color all over the actual lid in front of your crease if you'd like. "
