"Hello! I'm Peggy Hafernick and I'm speaking on behalf of Expert Village. Today we're going to be talking about skin care and applying makeup. Basically, when we talk about the eye colors, we've chosen kind of a brown pallet for you because you've got blue eyes and brown really pops blue eyes. We've got a light tone, a highlighter, that you'll want to put up near your brow line. You may also put it on the inside of your eyes to lighten any shadows in the area. Sometimes we even suggest that you first cover your entire lid with the lighter color and then add the darker colors to it. It's kind of up to you how you want to do it. Everybody has their own preference. I kind of like the look of darker closer to the eyelid, a lighter color than that in the crease, and then the highlighter above that. It kind of gives like a sunrise effect."
