"I'd like to teach you how to care for you sarong. Sarongs are very delicate and usually they are hand dyed or in dark bright colors so you need to be careful what you wash them in. I recommend Woolite or very delicate detergent, hand wash. Place it in your detergent, gently massage it, wring it, don't ever twist it. Put it in cool water to rinse, again wring it, don't twist it. Hanging it to dry, don't every use clips on it because it could tear a hole in the fabric, so I recommend using a tubular hanger and hang it up to dry over a shower rod or someplace outside not in direct sunlight. Also if you notice that the colors are bleeding put it in vinegar and rinse it in cold water and that will set the colors and then wash it again."
