"Hi, my name's Rochelle and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you how to tie a sarong in the cascade method. Hold your pareo or sarong horizontally, wrap it around to back pulling it to the front, grasp each end about twelve inches from the end and make a small knot in front of your navel. Make sure the knot's secure, and you're going to roll the knot towards your body, arranging the cascades nicely. This skirt is nice to wear coming off the beach going into a restaurant or for evening, going to a club. It's a nice elegant effect."
