"O.k., if you've chose the soft wax that uses the cloth strips, you need to turn your pot on at least two hours in advance. This wax takes a little bit longer to melt, a little bit longer to get ready to use. You don't want it on too high, there's a high, medium and low, low wax is plenty hot enough to use this wax. So you're going to need to know in advance and prepare in advance and get that turned on. When using the microwave wax, obviously it just goes in the microwave and I recommend 30 seconds at a time and not more than a minute. That hard wax it melts pretty quick, melts pretty easy and those are for some last minute decisions, oh I need wax, you're not thinking two hours in advance. So after that's been in the microwave for about 30 seconds you check on it and see if it needs another, do it in 10 second intervals after that but definitely don't heat that wax up more than a minute it will be too melted for you to use. So 30 seconds is up, it's not ready, we're going to do this in 10 second intervals and I'll get it ready to use."
