"Ok. So, now we have preconditioned Myra's hair. And, her hair is ready for hair color. We're going to towel dry the hair. You don't want it to be so dry that, you just want to get the soaking wet out of it. So, it's not dripping. And, this is where we're going to comb through with a wide tooth comb. And, you're going to section the hair in four sections. You want to start with the very top of the head, use your nose as a reference. Follow all the way back to the back of your neck. Now, you've created two sections. At this point, I'm going to go from the top of the ear up to the top of the part that we just made. This is considered one section. And, we're going to clip that out of the way. This is section two and clip that out of the way. See how Myra's hair is not dripping wet. It's just been toweled dried. It's the right consistency. And, I'm doing the same thing on this side where we've parted to the top of the ear. Comb this section out nicely, so it will be able to be worked with when I'm applying color. And, clip this out of the way. And, this is the fourth section. And, I'm going to leave this section loose. Because, this is the section I'm getting ready to start applying color. So, that's how you section the hair off to get ready to apply color."
