Avoiding Hair Dye on Skin

"Ok. At this point, I'm ready to go forward with my hair coloring process. I want to take a thick heavy conditioner and I want to apply to around the hairline of Myra's skin. So, this will not grab the hair color and our skin won't be stained. And, for days she'll be looking like she has a dirty hairline trying to get color off. So, you're going to follow this all the way around including the neck including the tops of the ears. And, just use as much as you need. And, that covers that. So, the color doesn't stain the skin. You'll follow this process all the way around. You don't want to actually get it on the hair. You just want to put it on the skin around he hairline. Just keep going back and getting as much as you need. Petroleum jelly, a Vaseline of some kind works really well. And, most people have that at home. That's a good product to use for this process. So, now she's covered real good. So, she's not going to have any staining of her skin. We're now applying color."
