"You've decided to darken your hair color, here's some processing tips that you'll need to know. Some of the kits, not most, some of the kits come with a comb where you would comb through the color. This is not the process you would use if you're doing gray coverage. This is only the process you would use with the comb application if you just want to comb through some dark sections. If you want your gray coverage, you would actually need to use the bottle tip application and totally apply directly to your gray area. Again, this is the bottle application if you've purchased your products from the beauty supply store. This is a root touch up kit, it comes with a brush. Again, applying from your regrowth, not to touch any of your existing hair color, you want to just do your gray coverage with your brush. Make sure that you don't overlap your color, if you are covering gray, if you're darkening sections of your hair, you just want to free flow, be creative, make it look like if the sun were to hit your hair and process your hair color like that. Have fun with it, be creative and don't be afraid because hair color can always be fixed."
