"Once the plastic is applied to the, applied to the protein treated hair you want to actually set a timer. Make sure you have a timer or your watch nearby. We're going to set this for 10 minutes. Check your watch if you don't have a timer and know when your 10 minutes is up. And at this time you have the option if you want, to go vacuum, go run up and down stairs, but you want to increase your body activity so your body temperature will increase. If you don't have the opportunity to do any or all of those thing then a blow dryer actually works pretty good. Just get a blow dryer nearby and we're going to heat up the hair through the plastic. Making sure that you work that for about 10 minutes continually to move the blow dryer. And you can actually see the steam building underneath the plastic. That's a 10 minute process while the plastic's on the hair. And now you're protein based conditioner has been processed and is ready for rinsing."
