"Once you're decided what color process to do with your hair, whether you want to lighten, darken or cover gray, you have to decide where are you going to purchase your products from. Whether you want to purchase from a drug store, your general supply store, or a beauty supply store, excuse me general department store, or a beauty supply store, now you've decided where to purchase your products. If you have colored your hair in the past, then I recommend using something that you've used and you're familiar with that you've purchased from a drug store or your department store. If you have not colored your hair before, and you need some help deciding what product to purchase, I would go to your local beauty supply store, have the clerk help you. And you will purchase products. Your color and your developer. Mix it yourself, do your homework, read the directions on the bottle. It tells you how much to mix, tells you how long to process the color, and you will achieve your, you will achieve the best professional results by doing it that way. Again, the kits are good and if you're familiar with them, and you know how long to process and what color to purchase, then that would be fine."
