"Once you've decided what color to purchase, you have to, you have decided to cover your gray coverage. You have to look at how much gray you have to cover, to show where this model here only has a small amount of gray, but because her hair is dark, it shows up immediately. In Myra's case, the best process for her is a touch up kit, where we talked about in an earlier clip. She's just going to go around and touch up just her gray. If she had more of a, more of a new growth, more gray coverage, she would actually be able to use a bottle application and apply the color directly to the gray. You do not want to get any color on the preexisting colored hair. When doing that, you're going to have one color at the re-growth and you're going to end up with another color on the existing colored hair. That's, that's what we call a double process and it will make the hair too dark. You end up with a variation of color. And if you look at Myra's hair, she's got her gray, the color she wants to achieve, and another color at the end of her hair. So you have to make sure that you're just applying for gray coverage on just the gray hair. "
