" Hello, my name is Shalon Delgado and on behalf of Expert Village I’m here today to talk to you about exercise. Exercise is very important when you’re a model. You want to maintain a good tone body and focus on more toning instead of building. You also want to schedule it in your calendar that you’re going to exercise so that you actually do it because I know times get hard and you start working and you get gigs here and you don’t have time to exercise but it’s very important to schedule your exercise time. You also want to make sure that you exercise 3 to 5 times per week, at least 30 minutes to 1 hour a day, you don’t want to do it 7 days a week because then you’ll start to burn out. Make sure that you have chosen your exercise regiment because you want to focus on a certain area, set your goals for that specific area that you’re toning. Also you want to stay consistent with your exercising because consistency is keyed, you can exercise one week and then not the other week but you’re really not going to have any progress, you’re not going to see the results from your exercise. And definitely don’t exercise a week before you have a project because you’re not going to get where you need to be. Once again, thank you for joining me today, you can visit me at www.myspace.com/shalon711, have a great day."
