" Welcome back, my name is Shalon Delgado and on behalf of Expert Village I’m here to talk to you about hair. One of the most important things that you want to do with your hair is maintain good healthiness. That means eating right, shampooing and conditioning on maybe a weekly or daily basis depending on your hairstyle. You also want to choose your hairstyle, whether it be short or long, spiked or not spiked, you want to make sure that your hairstyle reflects your personality because people normally brand you by your hairstyle, they say, “oh that’s Shalon with the long hair” or something like that. You want to learn about different ways to style your hair also for different sets, film or photography and depending on what you’re doing with it. Learn all kinds of ways to style your hair, whether it be up or down, like I said spike before, anything like that. You also want to work on when you’re taking pictures or doing your photography sessions, work your hair because your hair can be a trademark for you, swing it around, use your hair with your hands, do something like that. And also when you’re on set you want to talk to your stylist about what you’re welling to do and what you’re not welling to do with your hair. Such as when you get on set, if they want to cut your hair, are you welling to do that? Because it’s going to change your hairstyle and what people think about who you are as a model.
