"Hi! I'm Shannon Neels from Le Reve Day Spa and we're here today with Expert Village, and today I'll be talking about organic products and we’ll be doing a facial. The next step, which is very, very important in a facial, is to analyze the client's skin. We do this by looking under a magnifying light so that we can see very closely. The things that we're looking for are impurities. Number one usually is why somebody would like to come and get a facial. Impurities can be anything such as dirt, oil, or bacteria that build up in the pores. We remove those in a facial, which gives the pores a healthy environment so they can shrink back up. The other important thing that we're looking for in a facial is sun damage and hydration. Those are very important things that we want to educate are clients on. Sunscreen is the most important thing that you can do as far as anti-aging goes. You can save money on lots of very, very expensive creams. Just wear sunscreen everyday, minimum SPF 30. Always remember to protect your neck, chest, and your face. This helps me to decide what products are going to be best for Amanda's skin today."
