"Hi! I'm Shannon Neels from Le Reve Day Spa and we're here today with Expert Village, and today I'll be talking about organic products and we’ll be doing a facial. Hi! At Le Reve Day Spa we use Jurlique, Eminence and a product called Deep Steep. Jurlique and Eminence are 2 primary products that are used in all of our spa treatments. Jurlique being something that we've used for over 8 years now. Jurlique is not only grown organically, meaning it's free of chemicals pesticides, it's also grown biodynamical. For instance, a row of garlic will be planted next to a row rose bushes, which is very important. Not only is it important that there are no pesticides used, but you want the soil that the ingredients are grown in to be as rich in minerals and nutrients as possible. In order to do that they must be grown biodynamically. We feel that Jurlique is actually the purest skin care that is offered in today's market. Here we have a product called Eminence.Eminence is from Hungary. Jurlique is actually from Australia. In Europe they have much stricter guidelines for any cosmetic ingredients. So in Europe they are considered actually very similar to pharmaceuticals, so there's very high regulations. Eminence is a wonderful product and again, it is organic, free of chemicals, synthetic fragrances, and preservatives."
