"In this step I am going to line Sheena's lips. Basically, you just want to go along the lip line. Another rule of thumb is to use a shade that is not too dark or too light and what you can do is to is look at the inside of your lip and then match your pencil or your lip liner to that. That will ensure that it is just going to look not too artificial and more natural. And you also do not want to extend her lip line. You really want to stay even. I like a lip liner that is also not too hard because then you are simply either hurt your client or yourself. A good trick if the pencil feels too hard, you can warm it up in the palm of your hands a little bit right before you use it. But I also do not like a pencil that is too soft because you end up smudging the line and it is just going to not look right. "
