"So let’s move on over down to the legs. This is really comfortable for a lot of people that have a lot of problems with their legs and they don’t even know it until they start getting a massage. I like to go up all the way up as far as I can on the leg because it just covers more. You remember your legs go all the way up to your lower back. What I am doing is starting from the ankle, the same thing that we did with our arms and I am using my feet to guide me. I am not doing this with my arms. I am not doing this with my shoulders. My back foot is in a position where I can be at a T stand. My back foot is straight and my other foot is forward and I am making a T and I am lunging forward. I am lunging towards my body using just two drops this time because we are doing the leg. I’m warming up the oil, with both sides of the leg keeping my fingers together. If I spread them apart then there is no force and it is not unified. You bring both hands together and again round to the top and bring your fingers up together in your hands and around on the top. You can do it from the top and then come down on the bottom. But I am not putting half as much of the force coming down as going on the top. So I am leaning into the leg and coming around. Just that alone is wonderful. "
